I do things a little bit differently
I'm based in Phoenix, AZ, and I have a deep love for the mountains. But no matter where you feel most at home, I’m always up for traveling to document your love story in a place that speaks to you. I only take on a limited number of destination weddings, elopements, and couples sessions each year to ensure I can give each client my full attention + every ounce of my energy. Once I reach my 10 destination spots for the year, I don’t accept any more bookings, so if you’d love for me to be your photographer, don’t wait too long to reach out!
For weddings within Arizona, I charge minimal travel fees for locations more than 80 miles from Phoenix, which covers a one-night stay and car travel. If your wedding or elopement is outside Arizona, my travel expenses include a roundtrip flight, at least a 2-night hotel stay, and a rental car for transportation. If your celebration involves unique travel plans beyond these details, I will provide you with a custom quote tailored to your needs!
I typically deliver 75-90 images per hour of coverage, though the exact number may vary depending on the unique moments and events of your day. Since each wedding is different, I don’t set a strict minimum or maximum for the number of photos. What I guarantee is that I will provide you with a carefully curated gallery, capturing both the grand and most meaningful moments.
For engagement and couples sessions, you can expect 50-100 images, depending on the session's flow and duration. All galleries are delivered through an online platform, allowing you to easily download your images to any device for seamless access and sharing.
I understand how eager you are to relive your special moments, which is why I strive to deliver your photos as quickly as possible. Each image is carefully edited to capture the essence of your day, and while editing takes time, I want to ensure the final product is nothing short of perfect.
For sessions, I aim for a 4-week turnaround with a sneak peek sent within a few days. For weddings and elopements, the typical timeline is 8-10 weeks, depending on the season. Rest assured, I’ll send you a sneak peek within a week so you can share some of your favorite moments immediately.
If you require your images sooner, I offer an expedited service for a rush fee. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to talk through this option
Absolutely! My payment structure is streamlined and designed to make the process as easy as possible for you. To secure your wedding date, a $1,000 non-refundable retainer is required. After that, the remaining balance will be split into three equal installments. All retainers paid go towards you total collection amount. For engagement or couples sessions, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking.
All retainers are applied directly toward the total cost of your wedding or session package. If you have a preferred payment schedule or timeframe, please don’t hesitate to let me know during our discovery call or via email, and I will be happy to accommodate your needs!
To ensure your photos are fully protected, I employ a comprehensive backup system that stores each image in multiple locations. During the shoot, I save all photos to two memory cards, and after the session, I transfer them to two separate hard drives. Additionally, I keep the original SD cards in a fireproof safe until your gallery is fully delivered.
Your memories are invaluable, and I am committed to safeguarding them at every step of the process, providing you with complete peace of mind.
